Trip 3 week 4
Today the next group comes in. They are working on mixing concrete, rebarb and other misc things. Annoyed because my stomach has been messed up for the first time this trip but better thanks to Kelly's nasty pepto chewables! Haha
Anyway Kelly and leti are setting up the site today and getting it all pretty for us, while Amir and I go to the airport to get the group. This week will be another practicing my Spanish week unlike last and working with a black mennonite church. So it shall be interesting and I need to stay focused to understand what is going on.
August pine ridge is again in the middle of no where after a 30 minute drive on a dirt road. I really meed to work on school stuff but it is interesting seeing there are so many different situations and deep conversations but not deep enough to write ten pages on it.
On Wednesday when the group goes out to lamanai Amir and I will be heading to corozal to set up some other trips needs.
The countdown begins I think 24 days till FBC comes down 3.5 weeks then 2.5 till I am home. I am ready for my bed, my clothes not to stick to me, and Sweet tea and brushing my teeth in the sink!!!
