Home James
So tonight ended the final week of me being home. What a crazy week it ha been. It has been great to see and talk to friends and family that I have missed dearly over the summer. We have celebrated together shared in laughter and tears and it has been great. I do miss my Belize family and I think about them daily as I do things that either I couldn't do down there or did faster down there and their is a major adjustment taking place on those things!
Many have asked so many questions about Belize and I have to admit sometimes I have felt my answers have been bland and for that I am sorry. I don't know how to sum up two months of God working in my life in a few short minutes and especially without photos not yet developed (working on that) however I do want to say that Belize was a life changer in ways I am daily still discovering. To remind myself enjoy the simple things, have fun with those you love and don't let the petty things annoy you as much as they did before. Take chances and if you fail it is not a problem for sometimes the biggest growth is the courage it took to fall, not the fall itself. Life people, tasks and even bucket lists are a process, they are never finished and something always can make you mad or annoyed if you let it. Try not for it to let it.
As I have said before God is always faithful. His timing is right always, according to his plan not ours and is ways are just, which often times can really make us mad. Don't cover up your frustrations with God he already knows them, talk to him about them and let him help you work them out or allow him to give you the strength to remain in him until he has something else for you.
God is good, he is universal, he is eternal and he is ours! Tomorrow is my first day to sleep in and I am praying that I do just that.
To God be the glory. Great to see everyone at church and I am so proud of the Baptisms this morning. Lots of love! EB
