It's Here!!!

I can't believe that this day is here. Just this past week the book has been published. Thank you so much for everyone who has participated in its writing and editing and just prayer over this labor of love.

This book is for everyone to see that God works through the mundane to show each of us that we each have a mission both locally and abroad. There is a time and place for everything.

Go check it out. Proceeds from the sales of the book goes back to Parson's Porch Publishing to use with their non-profit to help those in need. Also proceeds from my portion goes back to Above and Beyond a great organization that helps many go globally after serving locally.

You can purchase the book here.

Check out the blog for the book here. Updates for book signings, locations where the book will be sold as well as other missions stories will be posted here.

Go Away Closer | Elizabeth Barnard

16.95
It is really hard for me to know where to begin on this journey that calls me so often to go, be and do. Each part of the circle of missions near, and abroad has contributed to me being literally well rounded. The depth in which I am able to see things locally and the breadth in which I have been able to see things internationally brings me back into the circle at different places all of the time. It is within this complex world that I find the idea of “doing what you are called to do where you are called to do it” so important. At different points in my life, I have focused in different areas, and that is the nature of life itself, ebbing and flowing us to different areas and down different streams where we may stay for a while. Then all of a sudden, the current of life picks back up and takes us to a new place, a place unknown, a place where we have to resettle, refigure, and restate our ideas, hopes, and dreams, aware of our past failures, fears, and faults.
