I want it that way.
We want it all. Right.
We are entitled to it. Right.
We need to have it. Right.
We want the perfect life, the perfect, well everything.
Is that really what life is about? Are we supposed to be continuing to strive for perfection all the time? I mean really when we boil down to it the need for perfection is so silly. Even when we plan things and perfect ideas, they don't know how they are supposed to. Our imperfections lend to crazy, super fun messes that provide some amazing memories.
Women especially get stuck in this mindset of looking, thinking, acting and being a certain way.
Why we do this to ourselves is crazy. Why ladies why? Society doesn't help this mindset but ladies we do this to ourselves.
We grow more and more tired and stressed all because we are trying to do, be, and act all well everything.
We are each made for a purpose. A purpose that is unique, individualized, specific for each person. No two people are the same no twin, triplet, or wanna-be can think act or feel the same way that someone else does. We are wired differently. This wiring makes things difficult because with this unique God given wiring we are required to listen, learn and lean into to God to figure out what we are supposed to do with it. When we lean into other things to try and find our place or our way. Things get messed up.
When we lean into too much politics we become not ourselves.
When we lean into too much opinion on others we become too much others.
When we lean into too much of ourselves we become too a bunch of things.
When we lean into God. - Oh when we lean into God.
We become like Him. We become how and who He created us to be. We become the fruits of the spirit making a positive difference in our world and the lives of those who are around us.
We need some positive in our world. Stop leaning into things that cause negative outcomes of ourselves. Start leaning into Jesus where we can be the best us that we were meant, and created to be. It is through this leaning in that we learn to love ourselves, our creator and our redeemer. Through this love we are given chances to flourish, grow, and invest in others.
