Many things are going on all over the world. Things I want to prevent things that I have an opinion about things that make me happy, sad, frustrated, and annoyed. Yet, with each of these things there are questions that remain unanswered, life remains uncertain and we are expected to carry on in a normal way.

Today I am found with this sense of Hope. Hope that Love is greater than hate. Hope that withstands trails that we don't want to face. Hope that despite the things going around us brightens our day prepares our steps and makes our path a little easier. When we have hope we have a future.

This weeks message at church stepped on all 10 of my toes. If you know those sermons there is a love hate relationship with them. The change is perspective is not what I want to do and is not easy. I get so frustrated so easily because I stake such high stakes on perspective and how I think that things should be or how they should go. Yet during this time and this sermon it brought to mind that other people do the same thing.

This is where things get hard. When two or more people have a change in perspective and stakes that are high lead to high emotions. In the midst of it all there is this hope that our stakes can be set aside and that we can focus on the person that can be without the emotions.
