Painting on up.

Many things have been happening in our lives recently and taking time to enjoy one another and not write has been priority. However, we are now finding a better grove and loving working together on projects around the house and going on random adventures.

We have tried new places to eat, new meals to create and new projects around the house to create and to finish and to make a mess. We are good at making messes.

The most recent undertaking has been in the living room. We (mainly me) was just tired of what the room looked like and how it held things which just did not have a place. We are getting better at creating a minimal mentality and have gotten rid (sold) two pieces of furniture and that allowed us money to paint the room. Then the next step will be to rip up the carpet and by flooring and put it down. The room started with a swift kick. I was motivated on Sunday and was able to get the accent wall painted. Which I am soooo excited about.  Then Andrew and I worked on the other walls and got the majority of the painting finished. I still have two more parts where furniture was that I need to move out of the way and get behind and paint. We (Ashley, Andrew and I) found a rug that we all agreed was really pretty and that will be the tie in eventually when (maybe after the yardsale) we have more funds.

Andrew has been working nights and I have had my nights booked so we have not put time or energy back into this area. More to come for sure. Have a great day wonderful people. More adventures to come on this journey.
